Custom brewing

Would you like a personalized batch of mead for your event? Perhaps customized labels for your wedding? A specific flavor you're just dying to try out? We can develop a honey wine tailored to your preferences.

How does it work?

First we discuss your needs and your idea. We can produce one of our market flavors but customize the look and feel. We could also develop a flavor based on your favorite fruit or spices.

How long does this process take?

Time is an important factor in the mead brewing process. It allows for proper fermentation, it lets the ingredients age and creates a fuller taste all around.

If custom packaging is involved based on a flavor we currently have in market, we can generally accommodate requests with 2 months notice.

If a custom flavor needs to be developed, we highly recommend an 8 month lead time. This will allow us to generate a limited test batch which can then be tweaked to your wishes.

How much does it cost?

The final cost will highly depend on your specific wishes. As a very general ball park figure, you could estimate a final cost of 500 CAD + 20 CAD/bottle, based on a 300 liter batch.

Smaller batches are possible as well, but might result in a higher cost per bottle if working with custom flavors.
